1:1 Heart-Centered Sessions
In order for our lives to be aligned, we must have our hearts open! This is the vital component to my approach.
As within, so without. It all starts through activating our hearts with conscious intention and feeling! You can then begin to bring higher vibrational realities to form, by activating and energizing your heart center.
If you need deeper guidance, there are many options for you, including meditations and guided breathwork, music, etc, but if you feel called, book a private session and we can do this together.
Emotional Insight Support
When the dark night of the soul hits, again, for the millionth time.. (or so it seems!) I am here for you. Because I have been through so many of these so called "dark nights." And the wisdom we gain from them is truly incomparable.
The important thing to consider is: How is this serving my higher good? There will always be an answer to this question, in your heart, so long as you quiet down and listen.
I am here to hold space for you through these major transitions, this is my specialty in a sense, because of all I have been through. I am here to listen with you and share the unique supportive messages that spirit has for you.
